The cops are finally making a concerted effort to keep an eye on the area around the land. When they checked some people out the other day, they discovered one of the people was driving a stolen vehicle. I hid and watched for a while.

As long as the police don't spot you and think you're another criminal in hiding...stay safe, please. We have an insect hunting date (well, unspecified, but definite sometime after school starts.)

I will be careful. I don't want to get shot. I'm looking forward to the big bug hunt, I don't want to miss it because I was in the hospital with a gunshot wound from an overeager cop (or an overeager bad guy for that matter).

800 or bust!

Thanks, I'm really pleased with the picture. :-)

It's nice the cops are finally hunting for bad guys out there. I think they will find it to be a very fruitful hunting ground.

Ha ha. What a dumbass. If you are going to trespass and steal things, bring your own, properly registered and insured vehicle. Leave the stolen one at home. It's good the cops have finally figured out the value of this seemingly abandoned land and ramshackle houses. It's a pleasant place to chill and wait for some wrongdoer to show up. I agree with emoon, though, if they see a reflection glinting off your lens while they are dealing with some scary guy, they may assume the worst and go all Diallo on you. Don't be any more reckless than you've been so far, tempting fate by hanging around in a dangerous place that crooks and creeps like to frequent. Regardless of your incredible aim, and the fact that you are literally loaded for bear, it still seems as though if it was in a movie, everyone would be saying "why is she doing that?" Be careful-er.

The cops know I may be there. I'm the reason they're out there looking for evil doers.

In this case the evil doers were have some sort of a tryst. It may have been romantic, or it may have been for pay. But they were in the wrong place in the wrong vehicle and they got busted.

I am being careful. I was actually pretty far away when I took the picture. It just seems like I'm close because I used my wonderful camera that you gave me.

But I promise to be even more caurious from now on.

Hmm. Caurious. Ndozo has a point. Perhaps it's being more concerned about being cautious?

Anyway, I think it's a good thing to be more of, at least in this situation.
