This actually happened to me once from a broken motor mount. I used the brakes and the emergency brake before I remembered switching to neutral. But I just heard on the radio that some cars have a "safety" feature that prevents you from switching into neutral or shutting off the engine when the rpms are over a certain level. I don't know if this applies to Toyotas, but it's something to check on if you're a nervous preparedness type (as I am). Also what is that button the guy had? Engine start/stop? Is that a modern thing or a hybrid thing or what?

Also, for some reason the embedding thing is working strangely. You have to click on the image of the jigsaw puzzle piece to get it to play.
