Effin' NYPD Officer Attacks A Critical Mass Bike Rider

I hope they throw the book at this guy. For you folks with a slow connection, the video shows a group of bike riders going past a pair of New York City cops. All of a sudden one of the cops, probably Officer Patrick Pogan, lunges into one of the bike riders and topples him to the ground. Fortunately the attack was videotaped.

If I were Queen Of The Universe, an officer of the law who got convicted of such a flagrant miscarriage of justice would get double the civilian sentence. These are the people we pay to protect us. If they can't do the time they should quit their jobs and just be regular thugs.

My Plan Is This...

My latest idea for the house to be built on the land is to make it a copy of a wonderful old schoolhouse that I lived in about ten years ago. The schoolhouse is still there. It's a plain one-story rectangular building. It's about 100 years old, so there should be no architectural infringement problems.

Who can I hire to do the drawings? Would I need to pay an architect to draw up the plans or could the builder do it?

Any thoughts?
