It was hot in Brooklyn too but not THAT hot! WOW.
Glad to see you brought all the flags. Do you set them up every time you stop of just at night?
Is that a joke map? What kind of state has towns named Tool, Mexia, Brandon Ilene, Tehuacana, Cotton Gin, Corsicana, Gun Barrel City, Phalba, Mildred, Eureka, and Enchanted Oaks. Come on! (I mean "Brandon Ilene"? The cartographers kids I bet.)
Arkansas looks pretty fascinating.
What is that cute boy doing? He is so intent.
I can't wait to see you guys.
Cdozo is now in the Appalachians where English is taught as a second language. Every holler has its own language, each of which is spoken by one family and sometimes by their cousins who live under the same roof. Curculio fact #101034b: Tennessee is actually an alternative spelling for Tenacity, in which the folk in that part of the country pride themselves. But in many hollers, especially those without radios, they think the state is a sports capital, sort of a southern Wimbledom, named Tennis City, where the t is gobbled up, sort of like that Connecticut thing that cdozo does with her t's. I'm still 'researching' other meanings for the state name. I can tell you all about Nashville in another reply

I would have preferred to see the temperature at 0 and the speedometer at 101.
What are all the flags for?
What is G writing?
Are you guys having fun?
Do I miss you? | |
