WTF? (What's This Frill?)

Any guesses as to what these are? They are on a leaf of the wandering jew on the street side of my rent house. There are more pictures of it over in Flickr. I'm guessing they are eggs of some sort, or maybe some kind of mushrooms.

EDIT: Thanks to Amy Sheldon, I now know that these are Lacewing Eggs.
