I woke up, I think around 3 am, with a pretty bad headache. The heat was on and the air was quite dry. So I boiled water to humidify the house, put on the bathroom fan, took some Axert and Aleve and put a hot pack on my head. I fell asleep after about an hour and woke up at 6:30 am headache free. Thank goodness for headache medicine. |
