A Cure For The Common Cold

The New York Times has an article about a study that showed that zinc really does help prevent and cure colds. I have used zinc lozenges as cold medicine for years and they have really helped me, so I'm glad to see science is backing me on this. Here's a picture of the ind of zinc lozenges I use. I get the honey-lemon flavor -- they are really tasty and they help me get over colds quickly. I recommend trying them.
